Hey there!
My name is Laura de la Paz. I am a natural light wedding & portraiture photographer from Indianapolis, Indiana. I was born and raised in Indianapolis and have fallen in love with the city, people, and culture of Indy. Although I am always traveling and exploring new places around the world, I love coming back home to the Midwest.
When I met my (now) husband eight years ago, while working in Chipotle, we quickly fell in love that spring and got married the following year. We are living in a tiny house on wheels which is a converted school bus (aka a Skoolie) exploring this beautiful country we get to call home. I am passionate about documenting every detail of life and saving those sweet memories to always look back on as life goes rushing by us.
I love the thrill of a new adventure, the taste of a good hamburger & french fries, thrift shopping, tall trees with moss dangling off, house plants (ask my husband just how many I have...), Catch Phrase with friends (our signature game), lime popsicles, a cuddly blanket on a fluffy couch, organizing anything, & windows with light streaming in is just a few of my favorite things (I now have the Sound of Music song “My Favorite Things” playing over and over in my head! haha).
